Rivaa Trends – Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Rivaa Trends, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from suppliers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/instructions intact.

3. Return Process

  2. We will verify the issue and provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

  • If a package is lost during transit, contact us immediately; we will coordinate with the supplier and courier for resolution.
