RIVAA TRENDS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rivaa Trends, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase you make with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Artificial Jewellery (earrings, necklaces, rings, bangles, etc.)

Accessories (hair accessories, fashion accessories)

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

Customized or made-to-order products

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product

Order ID

Once verified, we will offer:

Replacement or

Refund (as applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

Mention your Order ID and reason for return

Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for clothing items, subject to stock availability

Artificial jewellery and accessories are not eligible for exchange

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Important Notes

Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect

Rivaa Trends reserves the right to approve or reject returns

Repeated return requests may lead to account restrictions
